Coach and motivate people in their growth process, both in their professional and personal ambitions, through the realization that sport can be a good opportunity to keep the body and mind in balance.  Despite the presence of procedures during operational- and suply-chain flows, out-of-the-box thinking remains an important factor in finding solutions when necessary, and if you choose for differentiating compared to your competitors.  I like working in an environment where I can make the difference,  where I can share my knowledge  so that all  parties can grow into  a better person  and  or as a  company.
